One of the many alternatives (tried)
to the Klamath River during fire season -
Jan planned on the Klamath but the Happy Camp fire
changed her mind to Hayden Flat on the Trinity. When she got there it was full of smoke so we all ended up
at her house in Arcata for the night, then we drove to the Rogue, near Grants Pass. We ran the sections
above Graves Creek.
